A classic hand-knotted Persian Kashan rug featuring an ivory and pale-blue floral medallion set within a deep navy surround. The rich red field is filled with scrolling vines, palmettes and finely drawn blossoms, creating the elegant symmetry associated with traditional Kashan weaving. Dark floral spandrels define the corners, while an ornate navy border and finely patterned guard bands complete the formal composition.
