Refund and Returns

At ASA Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if an item is defective or damaged.
  • Proof of the issue (such as clear photographs) must be submitted via email to contact@asarugs.com for evaluation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

3. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was delivered incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if the item is defective or damaged and a replacement is available.
  • If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us and our team will assist you.

6. Order Cancellation

By ASA Rugs:

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

By the Customer:

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and this Return Policy will apply.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, ASA Rugs will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
