  • Handmade rugs may show slight variations in color, pattern, or size. These variations are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

  • All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

By the Customer:

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no additional cost.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and our Returns Policy will apply.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, ASA Rugs will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
