Description
A finely composed Afghan Kilim Barjesta featuring six bold rectangular amulet motifs arranged in a balanced two-column grid. Each panel is outlined with arrow-like extensions and small cross symbols, creating a design that feels protective, rhythmic and unmistakably tribal. The pale camel centre provides a crisp contrast to the saturated burgundy, oxblood and midnight-blue motifs. A remarkable sequence of nested borders surrounds the field, alternating diamonds, hooked forms, diagonal stripes and repeating geometric bands.
